LEGAL PROCEEDINGS
General
Noise abuse (and we must begin to call it “abuse” from now on) is considered by most to be a part of everyday life; and not something to be overly concerned with. But noise abuse is not only extremely invasive, it is also deadly. It is, in effect, a pathogen; released into the atmosphere, with potentially fatal consequences for those within its vicinity. Many have already suffered its effects, and many more will be likely to suffer in the future.
Those in authority seem not to be able to understand the suffering of those subjected to ritual noise abuse. Their distinct inability to enforce laws, organise a unilateral agreement as to the constitution of abuse, or even sympathise with the suffering of the victims, goes a long way to forming the foundations of many sufferers’ complaints. Even if a case were to reach a court room, there is little guarantee that anything constructive would be achieved.
In this country it is assumed to be every person’s right to enjoy the comfort of their own residence without the continual intrusion of their periods of relaxation by inconsiderate neighbours. Retaliation from said neighbours could be construed as nothing short of terrorism.
In short, sufferers have become a minority group in their own right; with the system, at present, weighed heavily against them. Only a determined mass law suit against those who could have, and those who should have, taken action against the abusers, will bring to an end the suffering of so many in the United Kingdom.
As such, it is the intention of this organisation to seek appropriate legal representation in order to bring a Class Action lawsuit against those individuals, departments, and authorities, responsible for the claimants’ suffering.

In taking this matter into the courts, it is our intention to establish:
better legislation in respect of noise abuse
the forcing of authorities to take a more aggressive stand against noise abusers;
by showing more concern regarding the sufferer
through a proper delineation of responsibility and control
the equation of noise abuse with more violent crimes
the introduction of “Neighbourhood Courts” with the authority to:
provide adequate representation for those seeking legal redress
accelerate proceedings to ensure that victims do not suffer needlessly
create, or enforce, local ordinances in respect of noise abuse
the invocation of associated professionals (consultants, MPs, GPs, etc.) to take a more pro-active role in disputes
the restriction of the media in the publishing of articles beneficial to the noise abuser
the initiation of a research project to determine the level of noise abuse within the UK
